WHY THIS INFORMATION NOTE
In this page we describe the PRIVACY POLICY of Eljte di Morsia Carlo with reference to the treatment of personal data belonging to those who gave them to Eljte di Morsia Carlo.
In accordance with the art. 13 of the Decree n° 196/2003 this information note is given to those who also deal with Web services of Eljte di Morsia Carlo. The information note also refers to the Advice n. 2/2001, which the European authorities for the protection of personal data - gathered in a Group defined by the art. 29 of the Directive n. 95/46/CE- adopted on 17th May 2001 in order to define the basic characteristics for the collection of personal data on-line and, in particular, the conditions, the timing and the typology of information to be given by the regular holders to the users, when the users connect to a web site, apart from the aims of the connection.
The information note is given just for the site www.eljte.com and not for the other sites visited through links.
CONDITIONS OF TREATEMENT
All data given to Eljte di Morsia Carlo are treated mainly through automated systems, and just for the specified aims and for the time necessary to reach the aim for which they have been collected.

USER'S RIGHTS
The people, who the personal data owned by Eljte di Morsia Carlo refer to, have the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence of these data whenever they want, to know their content and origin, to verify their exactitude or to ask for their updating, correction or integration (art. 7 of Decree n° 196/2003).
According to the same Decree the user has the right to obtain the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blockage of any data processed unlawfully and also to oppose, in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
The requests must be addressed to the Regular Holder or, in preference, to the specifically indicated Person in Charge.
TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
During normal operations, the electronic systems and software used for this web site acquire some personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
Although not collected for the purpose of being associated with identifiable data subjects, such information, by its very nature, could allow users to be identified if processed and associated with data in the possession of third parties.
This data category includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of resources requested, the request time, the method used to submit requests to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the server response status (successful completion, error etc.), and other parameters relative to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are exclusively used to obtain anonymous statistic information about site use and to check its running.
Data about the web connections is not stored more than 36 month, also in accordance to the Art.3 of DLgs n. 196/03 (principle of necessity) only the information referring to IP address, not including statistic aims, can be kept for a longer period, in order to verify responsibilities in case of hypothetical computer crimes or of damage to the site.
Data voluntarily supplied by users
The optional, explicit and voluntary dispatch of e-mails to the addresses indicated in this site will lead to the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as of any other personal data that may be included in the message.
PUBLIC SITE COOKIES
No personal user data is acquired by the site.
No cookies are used to transmit personal information and no so-called persistent cookies or user tracking systems.
Use of the so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear upon closing the browser) is exclusively limited to the transmission of session ID's – consisting of server-generated casual numbers – as necessary to allow secure, effective navigation.
The so-called session cookies used by this website make it unnecessary to implement other computer techniques that are potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of user navigation, while they do not allow acquiring the user's personal identification data.
